Where can I take PTE in Uzbekistan?

With one centre, Tashkent slots can fill up, so book well before your deadline and use the free reschedule window (more than 14 days before the test) as your buffer. Booking abroad means passport, border and accommodation costs on top of the fee, and the test must still be taken with a valid passport matching your myPTE account.

For most candidates outside Tashkent, IELTS is the more practical choice: the British Council runs it in 14 Uzbek cities and IDP in four. See IELTS test centres in Uzbekistan. If your target institution accepts PTE and you can reach Tashkent, PTE is a straightforward option at USD 210.

To book, create a myPTE account, choose the test, pick a centre and a slot at least 24 hours ahead, and pay. Pearson accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, and a voucher or promo code is entered at the payment step (Pearson booking guide). Your account name must match your passport exactly; it can be corrected up to 3 days before the test, never on test day, and a mismatch means no test and no refund.
