Regent's minimums by level
From Regent's general entry requirements page. SELTs must be taken at a test centre, and Regent's excludes home and online editions of tests. English certificates are checked for validity and approved by Admissions. The postgraduate PTE cell on the page reads "Overall 67 with no skills lower than 5", which looks cut off, so confirm the skill minimum with Admissions. Kaplan, Oxford ELLT (in person) and Cambridge tests are also accepted, at levels Admissions confirms.

Class 12 English for Indian applicants, and SELT-only countries
Regent's India page accepts Standard XII English from CISCE and CBSE at 65% for foundation and 70% for undergraduate and postgraduate entry, and from three state boards only (Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal) at 70% and 75%. Punjab board results are not accepted this way. Academically it asks for 60% in Class 12 from CBSE or CISCE and 65% from other boards for undergraduate entry, and a three-year Indian bachelor's at lower second class for a master's.
Applicants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nepal must take an acceptable SELT, such as IELTS Academic, PTE Academic, LanguageCert Academic or PSI, at Regent's minimum scores, or hold a regional English qualification Regent's accepts. UK and US nationals also need to show evidence, such as GCSE English at 4 or a US high school diploma.

Below the score, and the visa
If you fall short, Regent's points you to pre-sessional English and foundation courses at Regent's School of English in London.
For a Student visa, UK Visas and Immigration asks for English at CEFR B2 for degree-level study and B1 below degree level, per gov.uk. At degree level, gov.uk adds, your university can assess your English itself and may ask you to take a different test.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Regent's programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
