Test rules and how to send your score
The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson institution code. Contact intadmit@svsu.edu to confirm how to send your score.
IELTS is 5.5 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduates on the same page, so PTE 45 sits beside IELTS 5.5 and PTE 56 beside IELTS 6.5.

If you fall short
Students with at least 24 credit hours from an English-speaking university may have the English requirement waived. The page does not describe conditional admission or an ESL pathway.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your SVSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
