What PTE score do you need for Sheridan College?

The page lists "PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) online or in person", so the online test is accepted. Test results must be from within the past two years (24 months) of the first day of classes. It does not mention PTE Core. International applicants can ask the testing service to send results to Sheridan directly, adding their Sheridan ID if prompted, or upload a copy through the Application Portal.

On the same page IELTS Academic is 6.0 with no band below 5.5 for certificates and diplomas and 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for degrees and graduate programmes, with the One Skill Retake acceptable. Some programmes ask for more than the stated minimums.

Completing Sheridan's English for Academic Purposes programme to Level 5 meets the requirement: 70% in listening and speaking and in reading and writing for certificates and diplomas, or 75% for degree and graduate programmes, plus 50% in Navigating Digital Environments. The page gives no PTE entry score for EAP.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Sheridan programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
