What IELTS score do you need for Tarleton State University?

Citizens of listed countries are exempt. The list includes Australia, the Bahamas, Canada (except Quebec), Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Liberia, New Zealand, Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Other routes are six hours of college English with a C or better at a US, Canadian (non-Quebec), British or Australian institution, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English 21, two years at and graduation from an accredited US high school, or Level 9 at The Language Company.

If all your secondary education was in English, you can send a letter from your school confirming this, and Admissions will review the waiver request.

The page gives two rules. The application checklist says English scores cannot be more than two years old on the first day of the term you enter. A footnote to the score table says TOEFL and IELTS expire three years from the test date, and PTE and Duolingo two years. Work to the stricter two-year rule unless admissions confirms otherwise. Allow at least 60 days for document processing.
