Test rules and the IELTS comparison
The general overview says certificates should not be older than three years and that further accepted certificates are on the faculty websites. It does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a Pearson sending method.

If your PTE score falls short
TU Berlin's ZEMS language centre courses at B2 or C1, completed with ECTS, are accepted on the overview and on the Faculty IV list. If your programme is in Faculty IV, plan on IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge or another listed proof instead of PTE.
