The Computer Science page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson sending method.

If your PTE score falls short
For Computer Science, a previous degree taught completely in English in the EU, Australia, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, New Zealand, the USA, Hong Kong, Taiwan or Singapore also counts, as do a German Abitur with English to the final year and UNIcert Level III.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your TU Dresden programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
