TUS PTE ranges by programme
From TUS's English language requirements page, which gives PTE as a score range for each level.

Test rules and the IELTS level
The page says all students must meet the minimum English requirement for entry to any TUS programme. It lists PTE Academic without a note on online testing, validity or an institution code, so confirm these with TUS Global before you book.
Pearson's own PTE Core FAQ describes PTE Core as a general English test that is initially suitable only for work and migration routes to Canada, and says PTE Academic is the test accepted for university study.
For comparison, the same page asks IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0, one band at 5.5 accepted) for master's, 6.0 (no band below 5.5) for undergraduate entry, 5.0 (no band below 4.5) for foundation, and 7.0 (no band below 6.5) for Nursing.

If your PTE score falls short
The foundation level is the lower-entry route, at PTE 29 to 35 with no score below 23. For undergraduate entry the page also accepts IGCSE English as a First Language at grade B or the SPM 1119 certificate.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your TUS programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
