UConn PTE Academic minimums
The Graduate School requirements page and the undergraduate international page both list PTE Academic at 60. Neither sets a per-skill figure.

Test rules and how to send PTE to UConn
The Graduate School page says it accepts "PTE Academic or PTE Academic Online", that scores are valid for two years from the original test date to submission of the application, and that self-reported scores are unofficial: ask Pearson to send scores electronically to UConn. The undergraduate page says scores must come directly from the test provider.
For comparison, both pages ask IELTS 6.5 against PTE 60. The graduate page accepts online IELTS but not IELTS One Skill Retake.

If your PTE score falls short
Both pages accept successful completion of UConn's American English Language Institute (UCAELI) as meeting the English requirement, and the Graduate School page explains that UCAELI sends a Proficiency Certificate to graduate admissions. Neither page sets a PTE entry score for UCAELI.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UConn programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
