How UL Lafayette handles TOEFL scores
Official scores must come directly from the testing agency, and both pages give the institution code 6672. The Graduate School says scores are valid for two years, asks you to allow two to four weeks for delivery, and notes that reports during the changeover show both scales.
For comparison, the English proficiency page and the Graduate School page both ask for IELTS 6.5.
