Other ways to meet the requirement
Undergraduates meet the requirement with a US high school diploma or GED, high school in a listed country, or at least 24 credits or an associate's degree from an accredited US college or a college in a listed country.
Graduate applicants with a bachelor's degree from a listed country meet the requirement automatically. Others can submit at least 12 credits of graduate coursework with a grade of B or higher, or, under the policy, documented college-level experience in spoken and written English.

Official score reports must come directly from the testing agency. The TOEFL code for UMGC is 5804.
