Test rules and how to send your score
The document lists "Pearson PTE Academic" without saying whether the online version counts, and gives no validity period, sending code or mention of PTE Core.
On the same document, IELTS is 6.0 overall with no skill below 5.5 for the general list and 7 for the C1 programmes. TOEFL iBT is 90 (or 4.5) and 95, and the Duolingo English Test is 115 on the general list.

If you fall short
Meeting the score does not guarantee admission. Applicants to the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Medical School are assessed through the university's own online test, an interview or both, whatever certificate they upload. You may be exempt with English-medium secondary education in listed countries, an IB Diploma, IGCSE plus A-levels, or a degree taught in English (not for the Humanities MA programmes).
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Pécs programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
