The main page accepts Indian Standard XII English at 70% without naming boards. The Nigeria page accepts WAEC English C6 and a medium of instruction letter; MOI is not stated for other countries. Pre-CAS interviews, deposits, pre-sessional and the Student visa
Roehampton's India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nigeria pages say applicants are expected to complete a pre-CAS interview conducted by its regional office. Its international fees page asks most international applicants for an initial deposit before a full deposit, varying by country. Its 2026/27 fee regulations describe a £500 initial deposit before a pre-CAS interview, refunded if you fail, and a full deposit of up to the full first-year fee.
Roehampton lists an on-campus International Masters Preparation pre-sessional at £3,000 for 9 weeks for unconditional master's offer holders, and an 8-week pre-sessional English course with start dates to be confirmed. The Nigeria page says pre-sessional entry starts from IELTS for UKVI 4.5 for bachelor's and 5.0 for master's.
For a Student visa, UK Visas and Immigration asks for English at CEFR B2 for degree-level study and B1 below degree level, per gov.uk. At degree level, gov.uk adds, your university can assess your English itself and may ask you to take a different test.
