What PTE score do you need for the University of Twente?

Both pages say only the standard PTE Academic test is accepted; PTE Core and PTE Academic Online are not. The certificate must be no older than two years, and UT asks that it stay valid for at least one month after you submit your application in Osiris, because review may not be immediate. You upload the certificate during the application; the pages link a separate verification page and quote no Pearson code.

On the same pages, IELTS Academic is 6.0 with 5.5 in each section for bachelor's and 6.5 with 6.0 in each for master's. IELTS Online and One Skill Retake are not accepted either.

Bachelor's applicants may complete the test later, before the deficiency deadline. Master's applicants need the official certificate before the application deadline, or the application is not processed. Exemptions depend on your country and the English exams in your school diploma; the pages say native speakers and applicants educated in English must still meet the requirement unless an exemption applies.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Twente programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
