What PTE score do you need for UW-Whitewater?

All accepted scores must be acquired within 24 months immediately before you apply, and only one qualifying score is needed. The page gives a TOEFL code (1921) and allows a scan of your own IELTS report, but for other tests, including PTE, it asks you to contact intladmission@uww.edu for submission instructions. It does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.

PTE 48 sits beside IELTS Academic 6.0, Duolingo 110 and iTEP 3.7 on the same list.

Completing 700-level coursework at WESLI with a B or better, plus a letter of recommendation from a WESLI advisor, also meets the requirement. Undergraduates are exempt if they attended a US high school for at least two years and graduated, or are citizens of, and have lived for the past two years in, a listed English-speaking country.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your UW-Whitewater programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
