How the Graduate School handles DET, and the IELTS comparison
Unofficial DET reports can be attached to the online application and used for review; if you have no report, self-report your scores by category. Official scores are needed only after you accept an offer, and must come directly from Duolingo. The page sets no Duolingo subscores.
Undergraduates are not superscored on English tests, and Wake Forest mentions the Duolingo English Test as one partner for an optional recorded video.

Waivers
Graduate applicants who graduated from a US college or university do not need to test. Undergraduate admissions waives the English test for students in schools where English is the main language of instruction for at least three years. Neither page describes conditional admission.
