Test rules and how to send your score
The page lists both PTE Academic and PTE Express, each sent through Pearson. It does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core. Its two-year validity rule names iBT TOEFL, IELTS Academic and DET only, so it does not state a PTE score age; check with admissions if your PTE result is more than two years old.
On the same page, IELTS Academic is 6.5 overall with no subscore below 5.5, and TOEFL iBT is 79 with no section below 17. PTE has no section floor.

If you fall short
Students whose secondary education took place in a listed English-speaking country, including Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, are exempt, as are those with a bachelor's degree from one of those countries. Being born there is not enough on its own. The page does not describe a conditional admission programme.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Wentworth programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
