A PTE score of 45 to 51 places you in the Pathways Program rather than direct entry. Completing ESLi at WKU or ELS Level 109 or higher meets the requirement for both routes. Undergraduate Nursing needs a higher English level than other programmes; the page points to the School of Nursing for the figure.
