Other admission requirements
First-year international applicants also need a secondary school GPA of 2.75 and official transcripts or national exams with certified English translations.
If English is your native language, Wheeling asks for an SAT of 940 or higher (verbal and math) or an ACT composite of 20 or above instead of an English test.

Transfer applicants need their transcripts evaluated by WES or ECE and sent directly to Wheeling. The pages do not describe conditional admission for applicants below the minimum.
