What IELTS score do you need for Wright State University?

If your native language is not English and you have no degree from a regionally accredited US college, you need one of these scores; Duolingo 110 is accepted as an alternative, and completing an accepted Intensive English Program also exempts you. Advisors may require an English writing placement test. The MS Electrical Engineering requirement sheet lists TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.0 and PTE 57, and marks LEAP as "Yes, conditional admission".

Graduates of a school in a country where English is the official language for higher education need no test. The list includes Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ghana, Ireland, Kenya, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore and South Africa, and India is not on it. High school applicants need a 2.5 GPA and TOEFL 3.5 (61), IELTS 5.5 with no subscore below 5.0, Pearson PTE 51, Duolingo 105, Cambridge 162 or SAT reading and writing 510.
