Test rules and comparison with IELTS
Neither page states a PTE validity period, a score-sending method or whether PTE Academic Online is accepted. The graduate page says advisors may ask you to take an English writing placement test, and more on-campus English classes may follow if you do not pass.
For comparison, the graduate page asks IELTS 6 against PTE 57, and the undergraduate page asks IELTS 5.5 with no band below 5.0 against PTE 51.

If your PTE score falls short
Both pages exempt applicants who complete an Intensive English Program at an accredited institution or a programme accepted by international admissions. The graduate page also exempts graduates of schools in countries where English is the official language of higher education.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Wright State programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
