IELTS Advantage is worth considering if you want a human coach: VIP gives you 5 one-to-one writing feedback sessions and 2 one-to-one lessons with former examiners, plus a large lesson library, for US$497 over 3 months. That is far more than practice platforms charge, and its guarantees come with conditions you should read first. Its free YouTube lessons are excellent whatever you decide.

What IELTS Advantage is
IELTS Advantage is run by Advantage Exam Preparation Limited, registered in Northern Ireland, with Chris Pell as managing director. It covers IELTS Academic and General Training, all four skills, but not PTE.
Its free content is mainly YouTube lessons and skill guides on its site. The paid VIP course adds a study roadmap, a lesson library and human feedback from a team it describes as including former IELTS examiners.

Is IELTS Advantage free?
The lessons are, the coaching is not. Free resources include:

Where it falls short
- −US$497 is many times the price of practice platforms.
- −Only 5 writing feedback sessions and 2 lessons in 3 months: limited if you write most days.
- −Guarantees have conditions: the trial refund falls as you use sessions, the test-fee refund needs its "Green Light" certification, and the full-fee reward needs Band 8+ in every module plus a recorded testimonial.
- −Its site is inconsistent on some numbers (social followers, the Band 7 or 8 reward threshold).
- −IELTS only, no app, and no AI scoring for daily practice.
