1

Do you often use a calendar to organise your time?

Yes, pretty much every single day. If I didn't keep track of things, my schedule would be complete chaos. I mainly use a planner on my mobile phone to jot down work shifts and doctor appointments so nothing slips through the cracks.

2

Do you prefer using a digital calendar or a paper one?

Definitely a digital one. It is just far more practical because it syncs across my devices and sends me pop-up alerts. Having said that, I do keep a small paper wall calendar in my kitchen simply for marking family birthdays.

3

What kinds of things do you usually write on your calendar?

Mostly crucial deadlines, social outings, and routine chores that I might otherwise forget. For instance, I always log my weekly gym sessions and project submission dates, which really helps me stay on top of things during busy weeks.

4

Did you use a calendar when you were a child?

Not really, to be honest. When I was at primary school, my parents managed my schedule for me, so I didn't need one. The only thing remotely similar was a colour-coded timetable pinned above my desk for my school subjects.

5

Do you think you will use a calendar even more in the future?

I suppose so, especially as life tends to get far more hectic as you take on more responsibilities. Between career commitments and family life, I imagine I'll have to be even more meticulous with my time management down the line.

Details are invented. Use the shape, not the sentences: examiners mark memorised answers down.
