Regarding the training hours, technical courses dominate with 30 hours per year, which is double the time allocated to career development at 15 hours. Interpersonal skills training accounts for 10 hours, whereas health and safety training receives the least attention at only 5 hours annually.

In terms of employee feedback, the majority of staff view training as important for their jobs, with secretaries showing a higher approval rate at 84% compared to 77% for managers. Conversely, networking is valued more by managers, with 50% finding it useful, compared to 43% of secretaries. Both groups share similar views on training as a change of pace, with 66% of managers and 63% of secretaries agreeing. Finally, only a small proportion of staff, 11% of managers and 9% of secretaries, consider these sessions a waste of valuable time.
