What PTE score do you need for BGSU?

Neither page mentions PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a PTE validity period or a PTE sending code. Both say documents are submitted with the online application; the undergraduate page adds that documents must be official and that photocopies or documents marked "Issued to Student" are not accepted, and the graduate page says the same applies once you are admitted.

On the same pages, IELTS 6.0 sits alongside PTE 48 for undergraduates and IELTS 6.5 alongside PTE 53 for graduates.

Both levels accept completion of ELS Intensive English for Academic Purposes Level 112. Undergraduates can also meet the requirement by attending a school or college that teaches in English for at least one academic year. Graduate applicants with a US degree, or from a country where their instruction was in English, do not need a test.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your BGSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
