When and how you get CELPIP results
Paragon posts scores to your CELPIP Account 2 to 4 business days after the test date, not counting weekends or holidays, and emails you when they are ready (celpip.ca). Hard copy score reports have been discontinued. You download the Official Score Report as a PDF and submit that to organisations such as IRCC. If more than five business days pass without scores, Paragon's FAQ tells you what to do.
Your scores stay viewable in your CELPIP Account for five years from the test date (celpip.ca).
How long CELPIP scores are valid
Celpip.ca is not consistent here. Its results page says CELPIP scores are valid for five years from the date your score report is issued, while its test format page says two years. In practice the receiving organisation decides, and the main ones publish their own limits.

Expired results and Express Entry
IRCC says that if you apply for permanent residence with expired language results, it will refuse the application (IRCC). If your results will expire before you can apply, you can test again, apply before they expire, or decline the invitation and return to the pool. Check this before you accept an invitation to apply.
Re-evaluation
You can ask for a re-evaluation of some or all components of CELPIP-General within six months of the test date, paying a fee per component at the time (celpip.ca). If a component's level changes, its fee is refunded. Each component can be re-evaluated once, requests are final sale, and results come in about one to two weeks. Paragon notes that Listening and Reading are computer rated, so a change there is unlikely.
