How to find a CELPIP centre
Paragon has no printed centre list. The CELPIP test date finder shows each session with its test type, date, time, centre, address and fee, and you can filter by country, region and city. Its Register Now button takes you to Paragon's registration site. The Canada page on celpip.ca also shows every Canadian centre on a map with its address.
CELPIP-General, the four-skill test for permanent residence, takes about 2 hours and 50 minutes in one sitting with no separate speaking session; celpip.ca lists it at CAD 299 plus applicable taxes (celpip.ca). CELPIP-General LS, the listening and speaking test for citizenship, takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes and costs CAD 199 plus applicable taxes (celpip.ca). Scores arrive online in 2 to 4 business days.

The Canada page's map also lists centres outside these cities, such as Yukon University in Whitehorse and Collège Nordique Francophone in Yellowknife, and venues in Whistler, Cranbrook, Fort St. John, Lethbridge, Coquitlam and Brantford (celpip.ca). Sessions at a centre come and go, so check the finder before you plan travel.

Which test to book
IRCC accepts CELPIP-General, IELTS General Training and PTE Core as English tests for Express Entry, and your results must be less than two years old when you create your profile and when you apply (IRCC). If a CELPIP centre near you has no dates, IELTS General Training and PTE Core count the same way: compare them in IELTS vs CELPIP for Canada, check your level with the CLB calculator, or try a PTE Core practice test.
