Do PTE vouchers expire?

The Test Taker Handbook says Pearson cannot give direct refunds for voucher registrations, so if you cancel you deal with the voucher seller. Free rescheduling still works while more than 14 full calendar days remain (cancellation policy).

One exception runs the other way: if a technical review finds a fault in your speaking recordings and you paid by voucher, Pearson gives you a free credit voucher instead of a refund (rescore policy).

Pearson says official bookings are made on pearsonpte.com or through an authorised agent, and an agent should never need direct access to your myPTE login (booking help). Check the expiry date before you pay, and plan the test date with time to spare.
