Candidates on the Copperbelt can sit the standard test in Kitwe instead of travelling to Lusaka. Anyone who needs IELTS for UKVI or Life Skills for a UK visa must go to Lusaka. Candidates in Livingstone, Ndola or the Eastern Province have no closer IELTS venue in Zambia.
Fees, payment and refunds are in IELTS exam fee in Zambia. If you cannot reach a centre, the British Council also offers IELTS Online at home; compare formats in IELTS Online vs computer vs paper.
