LSU PTE scores
The graduate figure is on the Graduate School international admissions page. The undergraduate international page gives scores for TOEFL and IELTS only.
| Programme or band | PTE overall | Minimum per skill |
|---|---|---|
| Graduate admission | 59 | None stated |
| Undergraduate admission | PTE not listed | Not applicable |
Single sitting, no superscoring
The Graduate School page says the minimum score must be achieved in a single test and that it does not recognise superscoring or MyBest as a valid cumulative score. Official scores are those reported directly to LSU by the testing service at your request. The page states a two-year validity for TOEFL and IELTS but gives none for PTE, and it does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.
For comparison, the same graduate page asks IELTS 6.5 against PTE 59.

If your PTE score falls short
The Graduate School page also accepts Duolingo (110) and the four-skill Michigan English Test (53). Applicants with a bachelor's degree from an accredited US institution, or a degree from one of the listed English-speaking countries, may be exempt.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your LSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
