Programmes with a higher requirement
Lund says some programmes require a higher level, for example English 7, and that a small number of programmes in the subject of English require a specific test from every applicant, regardless of previous studies or mother tongue.
The Language and Linguistics, English master's is one: IELTS Academic 7.5 with normally no component under 7.0, TOEFL iBT 102 (Reading 24, Listening 22, Speaking 25, Writing 24), PTE Academic 76, or Cambridge C2 with 200. Native speakers with a high-school diploma from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand are exempt.

Lund's deadline for proof of English is the same as University Admissions' deadline for supporting documents, so book your test early.
University Admissions accepts IELTS Academic, IELTS Online, UKVI Academic and One Skill Retake (Academic), but not General Training. It verifies IELTS online and can accept results older than two years if they can still be verified; TOEFL can be verified for up to two years after the test date. It also lets some applicants meet English 6 through previous studies, such as 60 ECTS taught in English in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or listed English-speaking countries. Lund's English pages we read do not set a separate English score for the student residence permit or visa.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Lund programme page and in your admission decision, so check it there before you book a test.
