What PTE score do you need for Masaryk University?

The Economics page accepts PTE Academic Online, requires results no older than two years, and asks you to upload PTE results in the e-application rather than share them through a platform. The Informatics page says certificates must not be older than two years and must be verifiable online. Neither page mentions PTE Core or a Pearson code; the TOEFL code D577 on the Economics page is for TOEFL only.

On the Economics page IELTS Academic is 6.5 with no band below 6.0. On the Informatics page IELTS is 6.5 with no individual score below 5.5. Social Studies lists IELTS 5.5 to 6.5 as B2.

The Economics faculty exempts applicants whose entire previous education was in English in Australia, Canada, EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the UK or the USA, and also accepts the Scio Online English Test at the 50th percentile. Informatics exempts applicants educated in Canada (except Quebec), the USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Masaryk programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
