What is free in Smart Prep

What Guided Practice Tests show you
Pearson says Guided Practice Tests give a feel for the test and show sample answers and whether your Reading and Listening answers are correct (PTE Academic FAQ). They do not give a 10 to 90 score; for that Pearson sells the Scored Practice Test.
Pearson advises every test taker to prepare, even if English is their first language, because lack of preparation can lower the score of fluent speakers.

How to get in, and what is paid
Create a free myPTE account, or sign in, and open Smart Prep. Pearson says the portal hosts both free and paid resources; paid ones for PTE Academic include the Scored Practice Test, the Official Guide to PTE Academic and the Expert Self-Study Course (Pearson). The PTE Core preparation page also offers Smart Prep (Pearson).

Do Guided Practice Tests give a PTE score?+
No. They show sample answers and mark Reading and Listening answers right or wrong. Pearson's scored mock is a separate paid product.
