PTE or IELTS from outside Baku?
If you live in Baku, both tests are easy to reach. From Nakhchivan, IELTS is the local option: the British Council tests there on computer, while PTE means a trip to Baku. Sumgayit candidates can choose between travelling to Baku for PTE and the British Council's IELTS venues in the city. See IELTS test centres in Azerbaijan.
Book well before your deadline and keep the free reschedule window (more than 14 days before the test) as your buffer. You must test with the passport that matches your myPTE account.

Pearson accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, and a voucher or promo code is entered at the payment step (Pearson booking guide). Your account name must match your passport exactly; it can be corrected up to 3 days before the test, never on test day, and a mismatch means no test and no refund.
