How much is the PTE exam fee in Azerbaijan?

Pearson's rules are the same everywhere (cancellation and rescheduling policy, last updated 17 September 2026, and refund policy). You can reschedule free while more than 14 full calendar days remain, up to six times per booking. Inside 14 days the Reschedule button disappears, so you must cancel and book again. A cancellation more than 14 days out refunds 100%, between 14 and more than 7 days 50%, and at 7 days or fewer nothing.

Pearson may allow a free reschedule for illness or a family emergency at its discretion, if you submit the Request Emergency Reschedule form with evidence within 72 hours of the appointment. More in our PTE reschedule, cancel and refund guide.

To book, create a myPTE account, choose the test, pick a centre and a slot at least 24 hours ahead, and pay. Pearson accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, and a voucher or promo code is entered at the payment step (Pearson booking guide). Your account name must match your passport exactly; it can be corrected up to 3 days before the test, never on test day, and a mismatch means no test and no refund.

For a UK visa, PTE Academic UKVI (USD 240) is the alternative to the British Council's IELTS for UKVI (AZN 625), which runs only in Baku. If you live in Nakhchivan or Sumgayit, IELTS is the test you can take locally; see IELTS exam fee in Azerbaijan and compare targets with the PTE to IELTS converter. Take a free PTE mock test first.
