What PTE score do you need for Rowan University?

The policy says official PTE scores must be sent directly to Rowan from the test provider and that Rowan's PTE code is M7V. It does not state a validity period or mention PTE Academic Online. It lists the separate Pearson English Express Test at 63.

For comparison, the same policy asks IELTS 6.0 against PTE 50, and accepts IELTS One Skill Retake.

Rowan's conditional admission page says applicants who meet all requirements except the language score may be offered conditional admission and take the English Language Program before entering. It is open to undergraduates and to coursework-only master's applicants, and no TOEFL or IELTS score is required for it. Completing ELP Level 5 with a 3.0 GPA meets the requirement.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Rowan programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
