Test rules and how to send your score
The page specifies PTE Academic taken at a test centre, and it rejects home or online editions of TOEFL and IELTS, so do not plan on PTE Academic Online. PTE Core is not mentioned and no Pearson code is given. The exam date must be 1 January 2024 or later for 2026-2027 enrolment.
On the same page, IELTS Academic is 6.5 with 6.0 in each part and TOEFL iBT is 80 (or 4.5 on the new scale), so PTE 59 is a lower relative bar than Antwerp's IELTS figure.

If you fall short
The board of admission sometimes allows an exemption if you have completed at least one academic year (60 ECTS) in an English-taught bachelor's or master's, and it may require that study to have been in Australia, English-speaking Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK or the US. Students with an accredited Flemish degree are exempt.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Antwerp programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
