PTE or IELTS from Mexico?
IELTS reaches far more cities (IDP alone lists 16) and has a face-to-face speaking test; PTE is in the three largest cities, priced in US dollars and scored by software. For Canada, Express Entry takes IELTS General Training or PTE Core, not PTE Academic. Both are accepted for UK and Australian visas.
