How to add a widget

  1. Pick Light or Dark to match your site, then press Copy snippet.
  2. In WordPress, add a Custom HTML block; in Wix, an Embed HTML element; anywhere else, the page's HTML view.
  3. Paste, publish, and try a score on the live page.

Questions

Is it free to use the widgets?+

Yes, for any website, including commercial coaching centres and consultancies. Keep the credit line under the widget; that is the only condition.

Will it work on WordPress, Wix or Blogger?+

Yes. Paste the snippet into a Custom HTML block (WordPress), an Embed HTML element (Wix) or the HTML view of a Blogger post. No script is loaded, so page builders that strip scripts still keep it.

Does the widget track my visitors?+

No. The widget pages load no analytics or advertising tags and set no cookies of their own.

Where do the numbers come from?+

The converter uses Pearson's July 2025 PTE Academic to IELTS Academic concordance, the same table as our full converter page. The calculator applies the official IELTS rounding to the average of the four module bands.

Can I change the size or colours?+

Change the height in the snippet if your layout needs more room, and add ?theme=dark (the Dark button does this) for dark sites. The width follows your column up to 480px.
