Where can I take IELTS or PTE in Davao?

Pearson's test centre finder listed one PTE centre in Davao on 30 October 2026: ACE Testing Hub - Davao, a partner venue and the only PTE centre in Mindanao.

Pearson's finder does not say which tests each centre runs on which day. When you book, choose the test first and then your city; only centres with slots for that test appear.

Read on 29 and 30 October 2026 in the British Council's booking system, IDP's Davao test-date page and Pearson's price finder with the Philippines selected. IELTS costs the same at both providers in Davao. Pearson prices PTE in the Philippines in US dollars.

Refund, transfer and payment rules are in our IELTS fee in the Philippines and PTE fee in the Philippines guides.

In Mindanao the British Council also tests in Tagum, Cagayan de Oro and Dipolog, and IDP in Tagum, General Santos and Cagayan de Oro. See our Cebu and Manila guides, and the Philippines test centre list for every city.

IELTS: book online with the British Council or IDP, choose Davao and pick a session; the venue address comes in your confirmation. Bring the same identity document you entered when you booked.

PTE: create a myPTE account with details that exactly match your ID, choose the test, then Davao or the nearest city with a centre, and pick a slot at least 24 hours ahead (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson's ID policy prefers a passport, but Filipino citizens testing in the Philippines may instead show a driver's licence, military ID, national ID, SSS ID, UMID or PRC ID that shows name, date of birth, signature and photo (or add a second ID for whatever is missing).

Results: IDP's session listings say 1 to 5 days for IELTS on computer, and Pearson sends PTE scores typically within 48 hours (PTE scoring). Before you pay, take a free IELTS mock test or a free PTE mock test to check you are ready.
