EDU Testing's July 2026 terms say the right of withdrawal (angrerett) no longer applies once you have paid, because payment unlocks the preparation materials. Requests must be emailed; you cannot cancel in the Test Taker Portal. With a doctor's statement sent within 5 working days of the test, you get a full refund minus a NOK 400 administration fee. Transfers across borders or to IELTS Online are not possible.
