What IELTS score do you need for Nova Southeastern University?

The College of Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity requires Duolingo 105, IELTS 6.0 on the Academic module, PTE Academic 54 or TOEFL 4.0 on the new scale (80 on the old 0–120 scale before 21 January 2026). Scores go directly from the agency: IELTS code 136840, PTE code 88M (send NSU your Score Report Code), TOEFL code 5514. You are exempt with a bachelor's or higher from a regionally accredited US institution, TALK International Level 5 passed with 85%, or a degree from Australia, English-speaking Canada, Ghana, Ireland, New Zealand or the UK. The Huizenga College of Business asks for a test from applicants whose degrees were not taught mainly in English: TOEFL 79 (4 on the new scale), IELTS 6, PTE 54, Duolingo 105 or ELS level 112, with scores no more than two years old. NSU requires proof of English from all undergraduates unless they are citizens of a country where English is the official language or attend a school taught primarily in English. Options include TOEFL 4.0 on the new scale, IELTS 6.0, Duolingo 105, PTE 54, iTEP 3.9, Cambridge B2 First or higher, TALK English level 4, ELS level 112, SAT verbal 520 or ACT English 20, or Composition I at a US college with a C or better.
