Graduate: IELTS 6.0, and the waiver list
Graduate applicants who studied at a foreign university submit IELTS (code 141059), TOEFL (code 2561), PTE Academic or Duolingo, or an exam the Office of Admissions deems equivalent. Conditional admission for English is not stated. For Indian three-year bachelor's degrees, the catalog says College of Engineering and Computing Sciences programs, including Computer Science, Cybersecurity and Data Science, need a course-by-course NACES evaluation.
The requirement is waived for applicants who live or were educated in listed countries such as Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ghana, Ireland, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa and the UK. India is not on the list. See international admissions.
