British Council Hungary's own dates page names two venues, its own premises and the Converzum-Tudomány Language School, so treat the Avicenna College listing as a venue the finder adds and check your confirmation.

IELTS időpontok: dates and booking
Test dates (IELTS időpontok) are listed in the British Council's online booking system, reached from its booking page; all registrations are handled by the British Council in Budapest. It recommends booking at least two months ahead to secure a place. Fees and refund rules are in IELTS exam fee in Hungary.
No IELTS centre is listed in Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs or any other Hungarian city. If you live outside Budapest and need IELTS Academic for a university, IELTS Online lets you test from home at the same price; for a UK visa you must sit IELTS for UKVI in person in Budapest.

On the day
Bring the same passport or EEA national ID you booked with. Listening, Reading and Writing are taken on computer on the published test day, and Speaking can be on the same day or up to 7 days before or 2 days after. Results arrive in 1 to 5 days, and you can book a One Skill Retake within 60 days if one skill falls short.
