How much is the PTE exam fee in Poland in 2026?

IELTS on computer costs PLN 1,020 with the British Council and PLN 995 at IDP, IELTS for UKVI PLN 1,110 and Life Skills PLN 905 (IELTS fee in Poland). Whether PTE works out cheaper depends on the dollar-zloty rate on the day you pay, so compare both totals before booking.

IELTS runs in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Poznań, Szczecin, Warsaw and Wrocław; PTE only in Warsaw and Białystok (PTE test centres in Poland).

Pearson applies the same rules in Poland as everywhere else (cancellation and rescheduling policy and refund policy). You can reschedule free while more than 14 full calendar days remain, up to six times per booking. Inside 14 days the Reschedule button disappears, so you must cancel and book again: between 14 and 7 full days you get 50% back, and closer than that nothing.

For illness or a family emergency, Pearson may allow a free reschedule if you send the Request Emergency Reschedule form with evidence no later than 72 hours after your appointment; acceptance is at its discretion.

To book, create a myPTE account, choose the test, pick a centre and a slot at least 24 hours ahead, and pay (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson takes credit and debit cards plus Google Pay and Apple Pay, does not accept PayPal, and needs full payment in the currency shown (payment policy). You can sit PTE up to 12 times in any 12 months (retake policy). Pearson does not list Przelewy24 or BLIK, so have a card ready.

PTE Academic is for universities and Australian or New Zealand visas, PTE Academic UKVI for UK visas that need a Secure English Language Test, and PTE Core for Canadian permanent residence. In myPTE you pick the test first, and only centres and slots for that test appear. Take a free PTE mock test first.
